Product quality

The Herman company ensures the use of the finest types of fresh, free-range local meats, as well as the finest imported materials such as top-grade Indian rice. All materials used are prepared in a healthy manner to ensure their quality remains at the highest possible level.

Food Safety

At Al-Kayan, we comply with all health, environmental, and food safety requirements, and maintain a clean working environment, under the supervision of governmental and regulatory authorities such as the Food and Drug Authority, Environmental Health, and Saudi Municipal Health. We also have an internal quality control team that conducts regular inspections to check the quality and safety of food and staff.

Achieving the following goals:

1- Clarifying Alkayan's capability to deliver its products in a manner that meets both customer expectations and relevant legislation.
2- Enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective implementation of quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001:2008 standards and other necessary criteria. This includes processes aimed at continual improvement and ensuring adherence to customer needs and legal regulations.
3- Alkayan adopts a management by operations approach to establish, implement, and enhance the efficacy of its quality management system. This strategy is geared towards bolstering customer satisfaction and meeting their demands.
4- Implementing a comprehensive tracking system for Alkayan's products, spanning from the procurement of inputs to the final delivery to the customer.
5- Ensuring alignment between Alkayan's policies, procedures, and relevant requirements.
7- Continuous enhancement of safety and security measures for Alkayan's products.

Quality System

Establish the framework outlining the organizational hierarchy, roles and duties, procedural approaches, and allocation of resources necessary for the execution of quality management.

Quality Control

Quality control which includes operational technologies, devices and activities developed to meet quality requirements.

Quality Assurance

Automatic plans and procedures are necessary in order for the product or service to have sufficient confidence as required by the quality system.
